Susana holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from California State University Long Beach. She majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Currently, Susana heads up Staffing and Diversity Outreach for the West Coast Headquarters for MTV Networks in Santa Monica, CA. MTV Networks is a subsidiary of Viacom, Inc.

Prior to working at MTV Networks, Susana worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment in their Staffing and Diversity divisions of Human Resources and also at the Precept Group in Newport Beach, CA.

Susana began her career in Human Resources as an intern with the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Los Angeles, CA.

Susana is a native of Mexico and grew up in Southern California. Susana enjoys, cooking, jewelry making and outdoor sports and activities.
