Carlos joined Paradigm in 2010 from United Talent Agency, where he worked as an agent in both the feature and television departments for five years. While at UTA he lead the agency's talent representation in the Spanish-language marketplace. Since then, Carlos has furthered his reach by representing artists from diverse backgrounds and specializations, including talents Jennifer Lopez, Jimmy Smits, Ruben Blades and Wilmer Valderrama and directors, screenwriters and producers Guillermo Arriaga and John Waters.
