The visionary founder, former CEO, and publisher of the highly-successful Latina magazine, Haubegger has received numerous accolades and recognition for her pioneering work in marketing and entertainment from various media companies, including Advertising Age, the American Advertising Federation, The Hollywood Reporter, and Newsweek.

In addition to volunteering for various civic, social, and political organizations, Haubegger is a board member of Management Leadership for Tomorrow, an organization that works to increase the number of minority MBA candidates at the nation's top business schools, and a trustee for the L.A. Plaza de Cultura y Artes.  In 2009, she was appointed by President Obama to the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships.
