Table Price: $3,500 per table (10 seats)

Individual Tickets: $350 per person

Individual ticketholders will be seated where space available. Ticket and table purchases are non-refundable.

The book’s trim size is 8.5″ x 11″. Half-page and full-page congratulatory ads can be placed in the Commemorative Program Book.
