Independently produced documentaries pay a fee of $200 per entry. Independent feature film productions do not qualify for this fee.
If you are submitting in a feature film category, you are required to pay the standard fee of $375 per entry.
If you are submitting in an acting category, you are required to pay the standard fee of $375 per entry.
Students can submit films in the Best Student Film category. Submissions in this category are $100 per entry. Students who are members of Imagen Insiders can submit one entry in this category for free.
As a not-for-profit organization, all fees collected from entry submissions go directly into the time spent processing your submission and the expenses for producing the Imagen Awards. Consequently, we cannot waive any fees. All submission fees are non-refundable.
We will accept Spanish language submissions if they include English subtitles and if they were produced for release in a U.S. market.

Nominees will be announced on or about July 15th. All Primary Contacts will receive email notification of when nominees will be announced, as well as the press release. Nominees will be listed on the Imagen website.
